Luke P. Wildhaber – Financial Analyst

Luke was blessed to grow up just outside the small rural community of Dayton, Oregon in the heart of the Willamette Valley. He and his older sister, Grace, started a chicken business at the young ages of 6 and 8 selling farm fresh eggs and broiler chickens. Once his parents got tired of the rooster waking them up, Luke transitioned to raising sheep and market lambs for the local county fair.

Luke considers his second home to be in southwestern Washington where his family owns timber acreage that primarily produces Douglas Fir and Red Alder. A select piece of their property produces noble fir tree boughs and Christmas trees for the florist and Christmas wreath markets during the holiday season.

In 2017, Luke graduated as a Boilermaker from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sales and Marketing. He feels very fortunate to have been able to take part in exclusive opportunities while at Purdue through both the College of Agriculture as well as the broader university. It was always his mission to return home to Oregon after his time in the Midwest, and he is eager to bring his education and experiences with him. He has a passion to help others and is interested in assisting local FFA chapters with their projects and career development events.
