Royce Ann had the unique opportunity to grow up in the first and last lumber company town in Oregon: Gilchrist, located in Klamath County between Bend and Klamath Falls. Upon graduating from Gilchrist High School, Royce Ann went on to attend Oregon State University where she was actively involved in the College of Agriculture, Chi Omega Fraternity and the community of Corvallis. She held various leadership positions within Chi Omega and served on the Judicial Board for the university. Royce Ann completed an internship with Norpac Foods, Inc. which presented her with the opportunity to learn firsthand about a variety of row crops and complete a progressive yield trial on sweet corn.

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Management, Royce Ann worked for a small accounting office in Eugene. The experiences she gained preparing tax returns and compiling financial statements would prove very useful in early 1999 when she had the opportunity to leave the public accounting world and join the Harvest Capital team. While at Harvest Capital, Royce Ann has worked through every aspect of the business and has concentrated her time and experiences primarily in loan portfolio management, loan origination and underwriting and is the closing agent for all loans committed through Harvest Capital.

Royce Ann also serves as the House Corporation Board President for the Eta Alpha Chapter of Chi Omega at Oregon State University, as the Director of Programming for the National House Corporation Team for Chi Omega Fraternity and as the Treasurer for the National Cardinal Housing Corporation. She has also served in the children’s ministry at Rolling Hills Community Church for the past ten years.
